Gutted

but

moral of that story,

ask on here if someone was local and would they view it for ya

I have had 4 cars viewed for me, even bought one,

viewed cars for people too, even people in the trade - saved them a long wasted journey

Better luck next

What I don't understand is...the car in question was a let down from the moment you saw it( i.e not as described)...So why wud you then proceed with the deal?

I always find modified cars, even just with a set of alloys to be the worst maintained mechanically.

People like my girlfriends dad are the best, cars kept clean and serviced, any slight fault always to be sorted soon.

Tell me about it man, I know how you feel.

I once seen a car advertised for £2250, 2 Week later he knocked the price down to £1650, I thought, bargain lets give him a ring.

Anyway i rang the guy, Just over the phone i got him down to £1300 cash price.
Next day travelled 400 miles, the car was good, but not excellent as described. Guess what?, I paid him £850 and drove back 400 miles.
