Title: I got Horn problem
Post by: Tezmax on 02 November 2012, 02:34
Ok my horns stopped working after a few weeks of playing up.
I've found two horn sirens under the front near side bumper.
Which one needs changing or is it both?

Thanks

Check the fuse first.

If that's ok, connect a meter across the terminals of the horn and press the button and see if you get voltage. If you don't get the voltage and the fuse is ok, check the relay, if that's fine then check the switch.

It's less likely to be the horn itself, but it could be.

Thanks for the feed back guy's

Fuse was ok so had a closer look and found one 13m nut was all what held them on!

So took em both off, flashed them on the battery and neither worked

Got two more, flashed them before fitting and sweet as

Now got a proper mans horn, think ive only been running on one since i bought it

Thanks again.
