Hold the phone there Mr, don't go assuming I'm such a bellend.

First things that sprang to mind were her name badge, is she really called '66'? A touch sexist I feel on the employers behalf, naming their workers. Secondly, poor drilling technique, she'll lose a finger or two if she continues like that.

I managed to track down some of her family.

They say that she were steadying the drill bit onto the metal, before applying pressure and starting the drill. So the drill wasn't turning at all whilst her finger was on the bit.
