so i went to tescos to fill my car, paid at the pump (left the keys in ignition) and the car had locked itself before i could get in and drive away! also my phone had died and my spare keys were in the car too (dumbass).
we managed to prize door at the top and with a coathanger we pulled the stopper up, door wouldn't open. pulled the inside handle all the way back, door wouldn't open! tried on passenger side, same results. pulled keys from ignition, same results!
in the end we managed to pick up the keys from the footwell and squeeze them out between the door! thanks to every rush hour person who came up and asked if i was a member of the rac. at least it would be not an easy car to steal ha. i'm keeping the spare set at home from now on..

Dumber and Dumber!!!!

I had to get the AA to let me in when my central locking went nuts on my Mk3 and locked the keys in. It's scary how easy it is to pop open the boot....

Why do you leave the keys in the ignition when you pay for your fuel. Your just asking someone to rob it. The car wasnt happy.

Thieves a bit more brazen round these parts...........my neighbour had his car nicked from his drive whilst he was in his house. They walked into house (he was upstairs at time), took car keys off kitchen table then drove off in car
