Title: removing bumper strips

i know you can remove the side strips on the mk3 but how i do remove the front and rear strips?
i had a quick look and i cant seem to grasp it. dont want to break anything either.

i managed to remove my front one on my old car, that was a uk car?
rear ones the coloured centre pops out instead

did same on rear but it was the whole coloured bit fell off

Yes you are right, some you can and some you cant.

need to buy some more clips for the side strips as some snapped off which was inevitable.

Post by: diesel2000 on 01 November 2012, 20:00: Ive got some GL bumpers that come without textured tops but about to change them for proper GTI ones. As far as I can see they look exactly the same as GTI versions but smooth.
