I'm running the Seat actuator and the Toledo ABF cable on my Syncro.

You could fit a Corrado pedal box with the hydraulics if you wanted a 'kinder' pedal, or you were a girl.

Nah no pedal box change for me... How do you find that set up have you broke any clutch cables yet ? Also did you drill holes in bulk head for the cables ? Cheeeers dude :)

I have no concern about the Toledo cable, because it is OEM and routed in precisely the same course as it is on the Toledo, which is basically the same architecture as a Golf2.

Obviously this also means no cutting stuff, or b*ggering about.

It's the right solution, right down to the pedal, which, although I'm happy with on the track car, might be nice if it was lighter in a road car.

The hydraulic solution, using a Corrado pedal box and drilling a hole for the clutch master would resolve this concern.

Run it the same as the original one.

This is why you need the ABF Toledo/Ibiza one - it's designed for the front entry actuator, not the 1.3 one, which is designed for the vertical entry actuation of the 020 or 085 'box.

Part numbers from your SEAT dealer should be:

Toledo ABF clutch cable 1LO 721 335G Yes it is self-adjusting.

Lever arm actuator assembly 02A 141 708B.

The last part of the jigsaw for cable actuation is the bracket to hold the cable in position. Can't find that part number right now.
