granted it's in a mk1 on standalone management but this would be the ultimate engine bay...

Hell yeah! That is really nice!
I've got plans to clean everything up, polished manifold and smooth rocker also polished.
I gave the engine bay a good clean while the engine was out also!
Just on a tight time limit I need it on the road!

I can second that mate!
Spend your time on it within reason, atleast if your around whilst its getting put in youl have an idea where evrything is. This is what I loved about my Bora, something went wrong I knew what it was lol

Get ready to be in debt now buying mods too

Im abit pissed that I spend stupid money on my Bora and now iv bought a bimmer a simple remap and its already as quick as I left the Bora go at  that said the bimmer apart from going sideways isnt as fun as the Bora was

Jamie what bmw you gone for dude?

I agree though, this is a hobbie and im only building this for myself! It does cost a lot and is an expensive hobbie but i enjoy it + i'm learning where things are like you said. I'm no mechanic by far but nothing better than a group of mates and a load of tools and engines haha
