For sale is my Mk3 Golf completely stripped out, lightened and race prepared.

MSA regulation 6 point roll cage with door bars and extra roof bar
Lexan windows and sun roof
Boot lid and rear doors single skinned, Dzus fastened on
Boot floor cut away and replaced with alloy panel
Alloy 2 gallon fuel tank and uprated pump
100mm Adjustable coilovers
Hydraulic Handbrake with Brake Bias Valve

The car has run 11.74 second quarter mile at 125mph and was runner up in the Volkswagen Drag Racing Championship Pro class in 2012. Also was a feature of the display at Ultimate Dubs 2012.

I was previously running a VR6 with a nitrous set up in the car. The car comes without the engine, seat, harness, Nitrous System, Tacho and Battery box. Also the car comes on standard VR6 wheels.

The car was on the road until September last year, so would be fairly easy to put back on the road again.

I'm looking for around £1200 ono
A perfect starting point for a race car.

I was selling this for my Dad and now i've bought it off him  :smiley:

Planning to be back on the track for 2014 so will be updating shortly with the build
