Hi people, havent got on in a while, but i'm back for a bit!

After a little help with towbars, want to know where i can get one, and if theres any differences in golf floor pans...? I have a small bumper car, with big bumpers. I have seen some advertised, one for small bumpers, one for big bumpers..... which do i get  Could be either!!??!!

Thanks for any help!

P.S No comments about towbars being old man

Ive got a tow bar available with wiring if your interested its for the small bumper model and its easy to fit because the tow bar just replaces the original bumper metal work. All you got to do is undo the 4 bumper retaining bolts and then fit the plastic bumper casing to the tow bar half hour job and il label the wiring aswell.

It will fit but look a bit strange with a big bumper on the front and small on the back is all!
genuine VW towbars are actually part of the bumper so you have to swap the whole thing over.  Floorpan is the same for all MK2s regardless of age and/or what bumpers are fitted.

Whitter and towsure are your two main brands of towbars just make sure it's bs approved or pc plod will have you producing!

And it's not a towbar mate it's a jetski attachment tool! :);)
