Title: Lowering 35mm
Post by: Lonewolf on 15 October 2012, 13:29
I'm considering lowering my standard 2.0 GTI rolling on 15'' rims.

I want to close up some of the gap between the arch and the wheel, and would also like it more stable when cornering.  Has anyone got any ideas of a spring/shock set-up that would suit my needs?

Also, has anyone got any photos of standard GTIs lowered by around 35mm?

Cheers, chaps

Thanks mate, that looks about perfect for me.

Was the ride a lot harder?  Also, those are 16'' rims with 205 55 tyres aren't they?
