as above
Is it as easy as unbolting the fuel rail and the injectors/seals pop out? also, is it worth changing the seats? do they just screw in?
thanks in advance

Yup its really easy.
Disconnect battery
Disconnect injector loom connections + TB and crank sensor connectors
Move away the plastic that grabs on to the fuel rail
Unbolt fuel rail and pull out of head
Make sure you have covered area below injectors to soak up fuel
Pull them out of the fuel rail (fuel will start dripping out so try and raise it high)
Use screw driver to replace seals at top and bottom of each injector
Reverse to re-install

I'd like to add, Before attempting to remove the fuel rail and pipes you should pull the
fuel pump fuse out and let the engine run until it dies so the fuel pressure in the rail drops.
Turn it over a few more times to make sure the fuel pressure has dropped to a safe level.
