Title: MK4 headlights question
Post by: Lonewolf on 12 October 2012, 21:58
I've just bought and driven a UK MkIV Golf 2.0 GTI back home to France and need the lights changing.

Can RHD MKIV headlights be adjusted for LHD driving?

I bought some of the adaptors to change the light beam as a temporary measure but either some bugger stole them on the ferry across from the UK or they fell off.  And anyway, for the French MOT I need the proper lights.

My other car is BMW E30 so new to VWs....  Any tips would be appreciated.  ;)

Cheers in advance!   :nerd:

Standard headlights can't be altered but aftermarket ones can.

Other than that, buy more stickers ;)

Fog light will also need swapping over sides or just do the twin foglight mod as in the maintenance section
