Title: Now the wait

Hi everyone, yes im new and a 29 year old woman with two kids and a hubby, i went to order a sports back and thought for the same money why not look and drive the golf ... i drove it i did not stop smiling and laughing god what fun to drive... my cars consist of in the past year and a half ... i have to keep this one..

New MINI cooper
MINI cooper S
BMW 3 series
Clio 182
Golf TDI 1.9

Ok ive ordered my GTI in red (5 door) with the 18 inch wheels on saturday. All i have to do now is wait 4 months for it to come in

Anyone got any ideals how to get through these hards times :undecided:

I downloaded a desktop ive even thought about test driving other gti's at other dealerships lol :evil:

i so hope the time will go quick please

Have to keep going round different dealers to do more mk5 GTI test drives, make the weeks fly by :tongue:

it is a lot of cars and thats why i have to keep this one, i think everyone thinks i work at a car dealership or something... you waste a lot of money when you trade cars that quick :laugh:

so ok i have to now do as i thought and go and drive all demostrators ;)

Seems to be quite a few old M2 folks hanging about the various VW forums :grin: :rolleyes:

My hubby ordered the new passat sport and he gets that only in fourteen days not fair .. but i reckon mine will be the best :evil:

Nah - couldn't make it to the Ball - we did raise nearly Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£3K through NMS though - who says the Scots are tight:wink:. We had a few representatives there in person!

Just had "the call" from the dealer. My GTI is in! get it delivered next Friday!!!!! :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :evil: A WEEK EARLY!

Alan aka Bonnie Scotland - he's been to a couple of the Cotswold Runs. The only M2 peeps I know from down sarf were Dora, Giles and Speeed.
