jesus, they're monster. Cayenne calipers?
What size discs?
-
Yea there the same as Cayenne ones got them from a Q7 in the local scrap yard. Discs are 334 R32 ones
-
Big old stoppers there then!
Completely overkill, but they will look pretty epic!
-
Yea I know there over kill as my old 312 where fine but got them at a reall good price so why not?
-
They sure are big! Will be interesting how they actually feel and what the brake pedal travel is like.
-
They will be 100% and the pedal feel will also be grand there's are the 18z ones not the 17z. A good few of lads on R32 owners are running them.
-
GOOD GOD MAN! you stopping a tank?! a lick of paint and they will be EPIC!
-
Nice brakes , you can't beat big brakes  . Sorry I
Have a thing for big brakes...
Your mate's done a good job on the brackets. I take it he's got a CNC machine? What colour are you going to paint them?
-
Yea mate he's got a full work shop he does work in at night, the mans a genius he's made me adapters, EGR delete as well and making a rear brace at the min like the Unibrace.
Not sure on colour yet, likely black I feel red would stand out to much.
-
Daayumm there big, lol.
I fitted a set of set 6 pot wilwoods on my supra with 14" rotors. They are also massive and will hang you on the seat belts if needed.
Cost a big chunk of money at over £700 and that was second hand. New ones retail at about $2500

Red would be good, you need a bright colour to show them off. I've been looking at the unibraces, he would knock another one up for a fee would he?
-
yep red all day long.

-
They look epic, I like red but they will clash with the candy red my centres are painted.
Bullyboy give me a day and I'll send u a PM about it. It shouldn't be a problem.
-
Loooking huuugeeeee!
Paint em yellow!!
-
Bonkers, yellow would look good :afro:
-
There not that big it's just the way the pictures are

They're don't F@@k with me brakes. If you pull along side someone at the lights with brakes that size you know they mean business.
-
your not moving anywhere quick with them anchors weighing you down. will look good though.
-
lol at this ^^^^^ you do know there made from alloy? And the two of them together is less than one R32 calliper?

My 340mm set up weighs less than my 312mm set up
Discs are 2 piece and weight next to nothing compared to solid discs and alloys callipers where also the same of not loghter then the standard golf callipers never kind the bulky brick that is that of a r32 caliber

I think you should jog on mate before you look like a prat, no wait you already have. By the way I'm not going to get into argument but you just did talk sh!t. Feel free to reply because I wont be.
-
I forgot to say almost
-
What did I say wrong??
-
Not you mate,
And just for the record Q7 and pads 6'5kg the R32 and pads 8'5kg.
-
Maybe not exactly twice as light but significantly lighter. Size to weight ratio really is incredible. This is fully loaded with all the pins, clips, pads and brake line.
P.S. I'm not here to get into the argument. Just to post this pic really. :)

-
Ahhh ok mate no worries haha
I think the 10 pounds may have been on there own with no pads, fluid or line
-
all i go off is what people have previously said on past threads.
