How easy are they to swap over/has any one done it! Good places to source one from?

I'm guessing steering wheel, slipring, mfsw control unit and wiring harness, then code it in with VCDS

..........correct,not an easy job.You can't just take you'r non mfsw & fit the buttons you need one from a dsg model.
