Title: fuel pump 200bhp +

anyone know off a good fuel pump to run on my mk1 golf 20vt conversion. It should be running roughly 200bhp and i need a pump that will hold 3 bar and to be external to the fuel tank.

point in the right direction will be sweet

External?  Bosch 044 or walbro?
