Title: Gunsons fault code reader ...plug location
Post by: Koose on 07 October 2012, 13:14
Hi folks,
Well getting more frustrated with the rich running and intermittant spluttering/back/misfiring and stalling , still cant get it to the garage so when i was in getting the service pats(now fitted and no difference) and saw a gunsons code reader for the 'mk3 golf 2.0l 16valve' i thought it would be worth the 20 quid. Does anyone know which and where the diagnostics port that i need is? According to the gunsons manual it says 'under drivers/passenger side carpet, 4 pin plug'.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

Mark

Hi guys

Thanks so much for replying. I thought as much. So gunsons have screwed up. Bugger. Oh well, hopefully shell keep going for another week until i can get it to the garage for at least a plug in. Im thinking Cat, Lambda or crank sensor.
