I fitted a new MAF sensor to my car last night as it was running a bit lumpy throughout the rev range, Especially at 2k revs, Since fitting the MAF it has got rid of the 2k flat spot and introduced one at about 3.5k.
Is this the boost solenoid? If so what one do i need, I have a PD115 golf but it has PD130 turbo, injectors and cams as well as a few other breathing mods. Will i need a 130 or 115 solenoid?
Thanks

Is there a difference? I know the 150s and 130s are the same...perhaps they are all the same? :undecided:

130 and 150 use different turbo and injectors you'd poss use 130 if using turbo and inj's.

I will get a 130 one then, Hopefully be ok!
Thanks for the replies.

Also how do i fit these, Is it just a matter of removing the lines going in to the original and putting them on this and then hope the car runs better? Need it fixing before i get it mapped again!

If you cannot I have one 'going spare' which I could sell you. It is from a 130 I believe...
