Title: How to take out rear door cards 3 door GTI !!

I have taken all the push plugs, and screws out, for some reason i cant pull the door car out, it is stuck near the seat latch at the back. Do i need to use an allen key to remove the latch ?

Yeah the latch 'bobbin' thing needs to come out as it secures the door card.
