Title: RNS510 frozen buttons and touchscreen

Just got back from holiday started GTI and noticed no sound from radio and also no buttons or touchscreen would work, it's frozen. Any suggestions? I've already took it out unplugged and back in again but still frozen but on the pin code screen but obviously can't put the code in due to the touchscreen not working. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I think if you press the star button and the < > buttons together that should restart it?
