So where do you keep your eggs?
Seeing as they are kept on a shelf in the supermarket, i keep mine in the cupboard

In an 'egg dish' on the counter.

I keep them in the cupboard, If you wipe the shells with mineral oil they will last around 9 months instead of 9 weeks!

Well the egg holder in the fridge suggests thats probably the best place to keep them fresh for longest no?

Right now, in the fridge.
When I was at uni I kept them in the cupboard because I went through lots of eggs so didn't worry about them keeping for longer.
It also saved valuable shelf space for beer.
