Title: classic car insurance??

hello all, ive just been told that you have to be 25 years old to be able to have classic car insurance? is this true?
is there anyone that will insure me at 23? cheers

Classic insurance depends on your circumstances, eg usually it needs to be a second car, limited mileage, garaged, no or few mods, driver aged 25, 30 + , no commuting use etc.
