Hi guys been searching on hear and elsewhere for about an hour now and still non the wiser. Could be bad searching on my part

I want to play my iPhone through my standard car head unit, I've got a vw jetta 2006 I think it's a RCD 300 head unit.

I want to know how difficult it is to fit and what exactly I need to do it,
