Hi guys...
Wonder if you can help me...
Im after sourcing the small black plastic wheel arch extensions as fitted with the R with 19" wheels?
Anyone know part numbers and cost??
Thanks guys
Chris.

If you get the reg number from an .:R, your dealer or local TPS will be able to tell you.

I've asked the same cos I like th look of them. I was told they are a nightmare to fit? Sundaydriver was it you that said? My dads eos has got them too.

No not me but what i can tell you is they look easy to fit, held on by what looks like a single torx screw.

Sorry mate. Nice one for the pic. Wonder if the wheel arch lining had the cut out and if there is a screw location on the GTi. Anyone got a part number or schematic, perhaps ETKA?

Knew I'd asked the question somewhere.

Clean your arches! Tut tut

These are fitted to Golfs and Eos that have factory fitted 235 tyres to keep them legal as the tyres protrude from the wheel arches. Can't see why you would want to retro fit unless you have fitted wider wheels and tyres? :undecided:

Don't know why but I just like the look of them?

If someone can tell me part numbers and if the 35 has location holes then yes . I guess we could call the red footwell lights Septembers but they were on the cheap side

Agreed, they are surely an after thought by VW to make the car legal.
If you have money to burn drugs and hookers is fun

Did anyone manage to find the part numbers for the rear ones? Tried my dealer but the parts guy just didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Cheers.

Bloody hell, those things are an abomination!

They are horendous.

Right, first of all sorry for digging out an old thread but I've finally got the part numbers for the rear wheel arch extension cos if I'm going to do them I may as well do them while fitting the rear spacers.
Sunday driver - thanks again for the pics provided, are they both the front or is one of them the rear? I can see a torque screw holding the arch lining in place, just wondering if the extension uses this one to hold both the extension and the lining? If they're not the rear any chance someone with an R might be able to get a half decent picture?
Just in case anyone one wondering the part is £10.60 inc vat per side.
Cheers
Neil

post up the photos once fitted and the part number...

Forget my last post guys n girls as I've just had a thought. ETKA show you needing an additional screw for the fronts but not for the rear so it must use the location as described above. So these are now on order via stealer.
Part numbers:-
Trim wheel cover left rear 5K0 807 833
Trim wheel cover right rear 5K0 807 834
