Seized wiper motor and blocked pipe perhaps? Take it all off and have a look maybe  :undecided:

I know on my old one the washer jet didn't work...I just ignored it

The pipe pops off, I had this on mine.
Cable tie is back on. I only noticed when the inside of the roof lining turned blue from screen wash

if its managed to pop the pipe then id say its blocked, get the panel off and check for damage, make sure you wipe up all the fluid cos it will rust your tailgate

pull the pipe off at the washer bottle, then if you do accidently flick the wash on it just pisses on the road, its the way mines setup and ive never missed having it
