Title: rough running until car warms up

judders and shakes when startedfrom cold. this seems less severe once i have warmedthe car up.any ideas? recently changed the small vacuum hoses on air intake. not helped much :(

Common fault would be coolant temperature sensor (CTS)?  Does it come up to temp (90c)?  Could also be ignition related, plugs, leads or coil pack.

Has it been serviced recently?

Other things to check would be hoses for air leaks, clean the throttle body, etc.
