Title: Have i bought the right boost pipe!

When my car was int he garage they said i had a slight boost leak from the Intercooler to EGR. Im not sure what part this is ment to look like but bought these from the scrappy today. Is either of them the right one! Sorry for the stupidity lol

Take it the car is a 115/130?

Have a look in your engine bay at the left hand side there is a black pipe running by the washer bottle does either look like that.

Too dark to see outside so just got a pic up on google images. Looks like the one on the right to me.

its the one on the right. the one on the left is the pipe that goes between the filter and tyrbo

What engine is yours? None of them will fit a 115/130 or 150.

Mine is a Pd115, Should fit came off a Pd130 and the vw garage i go to told me the 115 and 130's are the same,

Cant see any real difference apart from the steel connector on yours. Will this fit my PD115?

Looks similar to me, Maybe the pic.
Il have to get it sorted for next week, Just booked in for a remap so need to get all these little jobs fixed.

Yep fitted, Was a bit of a nightmare to get to, had to take the bumper and headlight off to get in to it!
Got a slight coolant leak to sort out tomorrow then hopefully will be ready for its map on friday  :grin:

Its easy enough to do.   Owning a MK4 you get plenty of practice removing the bumper  :laugh:
