Title: swap pd 115 or not

hey guys i just bought a golf GT TDI 110 but also have a bora tdi 115 with 6speed box , i want the 6speed box for better mpg so i wanna swap the boxes over
would i be better off swapping the whole engine and 6speed over or just keep the gt engine .......? the golf gttdi is 98 and the bora tdi is a 2002 ......thanks

Think youll find the 6 speed box will sit at 2000rpm at 70mph just like the 5 speed box  :undecided:

leae it as it is chap, youll want to swap over the clutch, driveshafts as well and move the powersteering pipes out the way

I'd slam the bora and run that!! :cool: The 115PD engine is a little work horse! :wink:

the bora is f**ked shell wise cos it got rolled lol engine n box are good tho ......if not make my gt 6speed home much is the engine n box worth £££££.....?
