Title: mk4 golf v6 exhaust fitted to mk2 1.8T

hi all i have found an exhaust to fit to my 1.8T but its a mk4 v6 exhaust, and was wondering if the exhaust off a mk4 would take the same route to the rear of the car as the mk2? has anyone tried this?

Going to need major work and mods to fit, not worth the hassle tbh.

Im currently half way through this for my conversion .. Ive used a qpeng down pipe then haveing a centre straight through pipe with a back box hope this helps

V6 as in 4motion?

That's not going to be an easy fit to a 2WD Golf2!

yes i think its off the 4motion, the exhaust looks the same, but i will try another option thanks for your help!
