i may make my exhuast bigger , straight threw maybe but I don't want that sound , any ideas or knowledge for me ???
im creating a lot of pressure throughout my engine/turbo etc , i feel its not escaping quick enough

You have a diesel don't you...Are you talking about the noise when you put a decat on one, if you are then it isn't that bad, will make your car stand out.
A decat and maybe a 2.5" turbo back will defo help.

Have you thought of using a flux capacitor? It would address all the problems you mention.

They only work at 88mph+.
