Ouch mate! I'm guessing it's gonna be a wee bit oh costly

You had a 130 hitting 195....Bloody good efffort!
Yes the 150 turbo will fit! It is a bolt on upgrade, nothing will need changing! The turbo (only internally), injectors and intercooler is the only thing that is different between the 150/130

Tidy work with the custom pipework. The Fmic makes a big difference compared to the crappy SMIC! If you throw the 150 turbo on I'm not sure how much power you'd get as the fuelling is a big thing with tuning diesels I believe, and the 130 has the smaller injectors!
Fit a decat, either cut out the orig or get a decat pipe and possibly a turbo back exhaust, and you will get a few more horseys and more torque, the decat is so sh!tttt.
I bet the tuner is to blame, 2.1bar is pretty high I think :undecided:
Try posting in the remapping section for any tips!

if i changed injectors , nd the oil feed goin in to the turbo ( not sure if they are the same )
ya getting rid of the kat was said to me before , would the exhuast pipes av to be bigger then standard or wud it make a difference

Spiking at 31psi....holy sh!t! Was that an overboost due to a faulty part? I can't believe that's standard
-
haha dats wat every1 say ,til i show dem on the gauge , 2.1 bar every gear (six speed) around 40psi going threw the pipes , that y I couldn't use normal couplers , use hydrailic hosing for a lorry
all parts are perfect til sunday gone , as u seen turbo

Still doesn't seem right. If you can hold 31psi through the whole rev range in every gear, that's a car wrecker for sure :lipsrsealed:
-
it puzzles every1 until you go for a spin in it , vtec eat ur heart ou , stuck to the seat ....its being lik dat for four year , original turbo , so i dont mind getting new turbo now
-
I'd suggest a new map, possibly a little tamer one.
You can get a miltek decat for example, which is 2.5" from the turbo to where it join the original exhaust which is 2.25" so you would need a reducer to fit it.
If you plan on changing injectors you might as well get some proper ones, ie bigger than the 150s! As it will be a costly job unless you can do it all your self!

And stop putting "Dat" instead of the word "That" as it makes you sound about 11 years old
