Title: Strange vibration 2700-2900 rpm
Post by: KKK on 06 July 2005, 22:33
Hi y'all

Got a really annoying vibration - only when engine's warmed up, at 2700 and again at 2900 rpm.  Sounds metallic and harsh, like something metal resonating.  Can't replicate it with head under the bonnet.

Guessing maybe something to do with exhaust/heat shields, but i'm stumped.

Any suggestions?

Cheers
KKK
