Title: heater selection not working

hey i dont know if anyone has had the same problem but my blower selection isnt working properly, it goes from blowing on the windows to face blowers and they dont work verry well either  :sad: dose any one know what could be broken?

It's definitely something broken because when you twist the knob its real stiff to turn around the foot selection it isn't really a problem with flow its more the direction of flow
