Does anyone know how much we are looking at for a repair of an ECU for a Mk3 M reg GTI 8v?

Apparently my one is faulty.

cheaper to find a good used one

maybe 50 - 100 depending on what's wrong with it. you can pick them up on ebay/forums for less than that
