Title: Insurance issues..

Im struggling to insure myself on my mk3 GTI 8v.. Im 21, held my license for 3 years but last year I was stopped parking my fathers car and rewarded with 6 points for IN10 - driving uninsured  :cry:

Im getting silly quotes of 19,000. The cheapest ive had quoted is 1257 but without my points. Any solutions?

If I refer the cirsumstances of how you got the points to the underwriter they may look more favourably on the conviction and offer much more reduced premium.
