My advice would be to look on the likes of autotrader, eBay ect and see what similar spec'd R32's are going for...and possibly get a free valuation from What Car ect...

There's a guy on Detailing World selling his R32 (Oct '06 - 56 plate) with 4,400 miles

One owner from new, mint (dry weather use only) and it's £16,500

So that's top end - for your mates with the mileage a few £k less I'd suggest
