Shame, not 100% sure I can yet or how realistic this event will be, it could be chaos but that could be part of the fun of it... As long as nothing ruins the day for the family concerned then :cool:

Me & some mates from South Yorkshire Dubs are heading up for it, reckon they'll be 5 or 6 cars going up.
I'm also sceptical as to whether or not it will actually happen...it will be amazing if it does though!

Because of the hype, something will happen regardless of what's officially organised or not now. Already the original venue is pretty much a no go as it will in no way cope with sheer volume of vehicles expected to arrive.
West Yorshire Cruise is trying to take the reins now as this clearly is going to require some proper organisation otherwise there will be health and safty concerns, traffic issues if held at an unsuitable venue, they're also going to need people to do things, marshalling etc, plus the local council ideally need to be informed as well as emergency services.

just read the whole thread and truly devastating ,makes you realise how easy you have it compared to others ,from what i read its gone proper viral and they was trying to cap it at 1000 or so cars :shocked:, truly hope the family gets the day to remember

My heart goes out to the parents, im a new dad my self and cant imagine being in that situation.
im working away until the friday before, but if i get home in time. ill be there. along with many more fellow DUBBERS no doubt. :wink:
