Title: another wheel question....
Post by: vw_golf_nutter on 27 August 2012, 16:29: sorry for another wheel question but anyone know what these wheels are called? i was thinking about maybe a set for my cabrio? i liked them because they are old skool and i hadnt seen them before.
they were on my early mk3 gti...

find a set of le mans which are 15s i think (correct me if im wrong) and slam it 60mm

or a set of 16" azev as and drop it prob 40mm. like the car below:

I also like to use original vw parts but i am partial to a nice deep Azev A!!

you can get adapters though cant you? or would i have to put new hubs on?

+1 to this. There's a lot more choice of wheels at 4 stud

could get a very nice set of brand new rims for about £350 :wink:
if you was willing to drive to them they would try diferant rims on your car to see what looks best.
