Title: stuck on getting a radiator out of a 2.0 gti

i am in the process of changing the radiator on a 2.0 gti with aircon, have got everything disconnected apart from the rad had 2 stubs sticking out the ends into a plastic sort of clip, anyone know how those clips come out so i can take the radiator out.
