That puss seems quite amazed by all that rim kerbing...
On the other hand I suspect you will need a new tyre as that nail s too near the sidewall for a repair.
-
haha as was i. think the previous owner was blind. luckily the dealer is paying for them to be refurbed and re sprayed gloss black
ah thats what i was afraid of. reckon its best just to leave the nail in. i have no spare wheel. just that silly foam stuff :/

In that case your car is more than likely an import model as all UK spec GTIs have a space saver spare.

It's recommended you only run the space saver tyre for around 200 miles before changing it. I suspect the previous owner used it and neglected to replace the space saver tyre and left the rim/tyre out completely.

I was just about to have a small rant about the state of your alloys but you just saved yourself by saying that they are getting refurbed :D
-
haha yes i did. Could not decide what colour. in the end went for black as i am planning on murdering it out completely! Also was paid for by the dealer i got the car from

Oh black on black is always nice (Ive gone down the same route, just not with Monzas).
Looks lovely

Cheers bud :D yeah ideally would of gone for ED30's in Black but these will do....for now :)
-
Stealthy!!!
Personally I think there's to much black, but each to there own and all that..
-
haha coming from someone with a white GTD ;) nice golfs those though. Friend has one!

I think black on black looks fantastic. Conversely white wheels would also have looked amazing imo. I think I'm going to get black refurbed alloys when mine get a bit tatty. At the minute I'm full colour coded in carbon grey, with anthracite Monza's. Would mind a black rim with maybe a feint red outline.
