Gary, if we don't have an agent near you, you could use our File Only service.
On a MK4 Golf you can use any cheap flash tool quite safely, plenty of customers do it this way and it works out far cheaper than a mobile install - plus you can revert back to stock if you ever need to.
Just something to think about. Drop me an email if interested.

Take my advice mate and go to a 1.8t specialist such as Rtech.
Its a long old drive but the service is out of this world, pre-remap checks and rolling road print outs.
The 1.8t's are old now so pipes mayhave broken down over the years and have caused all sorts of vacuum leaks or boost leaks.
Go buy a recirculating valve such as forge 007p, replace all vacuum pipes with silicone an give the car a good service. Replacing the air filter with panel filter eg pipercross before the remap.
Dont do it cheap because itl cost you more in future, get down to Rtech or similar and they tell you as it is and what needs doing to your car in future to keep it in tip top condition.

That's good advice of course, but I was just looking at his location.
The last time I went to Aberdeen a few months back... I flew.
