Wedge a bar ontop of it.  Get someone to hold it down best they can and tighten.

Wind nut off and wirebrush all the threads up.  Bit copper slip and try again with the bar.....might need it longer and someone to stand on it.

Could always buy a new one

I had to grind the nut off! I was hanging off a pry bar wedging it against the chassis...didn't budge!

Grind it off at an angle, if that makes sense, so you can still use the threads,  :undecided: so you can put it back on if you cannot get a new one straight away

We tried everything yesterday it wouldnt undo or tighten there must of been a damaged thread! When i fit this new one will i need to get the tracking done if its exactly the same as the old one ? And should i put a tiny bit of copper slip to prevent this happening again lol ?
