Just 30 mins or so in, on +1.
Superb stuff so far...bringing back memories. I remember going to see 'The Hitman & Her' back in the day...

It really didn't work imo plus I wasn't feeling the choice of "world class dj's"

Grandmaster Flash!? Not feeling him?

The word Pioneer is not worthy, as he was a godfather that invented many techniques used today, including doubling breaks back and forth properly by using the 12o'clock method of marking the records to visually see how many rewinds were needed to keep the 'break' going.  Without this hip hop beats wouldnt have taken the form they did, neither would the Prodigy, Goldie, Dillinja, or even fatboy slim exist.  He also was one of the dj's that helped move the technical area of scratching on along with Grandmaster Theodore....and without either of them there would be no DMC or A-Trak who also featured.  Both of these are far superior dj's to the house dj's and even the likes of Deadmaus who actually don't dj live...they "play" a pre-recorded set.  A lot of DJ Yoda's stuff is similar, but then you have DJ Woody who is setting up a new residency in Manchester who is getting Yoda down as he is good at VJ based stuff.

Its all subjective though
