Title: Anyone remember my old Mk4?

Well its dead  :shocked:

The guy that I palmed it off on has done a grand total of 6k miles. In that time, its died 5 times, and on Friday the sixth was it's most spectacular, resulting in a dropped valve.

Who said I hammer my cars??!! Oh, and its out of warranty....

Bloody hell, that didn't last long. Is he open to offers for it 'as is' :tongue:

Its sat outside in the car park right now. It still looks great (although not as clean and shiney as when i owned it). Got to remember to take my USA anniversary edition grille badge off it before it goes anywhere.

Doesn't quite sound the same anymore though......

Shame, as it was a greeeaaaaat car. I guess nearly 190bhp out of a 2L diesel and a leaden-footed fool behind the wheel was always going to be a recipe for disaster.

I thought you where going to say something about glueing a fezza kit on to it......... :wink: :tongue:
