easy if you have the right tools.

Very EASY, it will be done within 2 hours aslong as you get the plate out of the crash bar ok.
Hammer and good chisel I used, You have to buy/have good metal drill bits too.

The only thing that took the time for me was trimming the bumper. Wasn't a problem for Jamie as he has a Bora :wink:

i took an angle grinder to my bumper :grin:

same here, shaved a bit off, refitted it, shaved some more off etc...

I was lucky with my side vent too, alot of Mk4 boys have to cut alot from their vent mine went in pretty much straight away :cool:

Haha. Considering you can chnage parts from the golf to bora and vice versa working on the Bora is alot easier than my mates mk4 for some reason.
Funny as the Bora is a Golf just with a boot.

You have a deeper front bumper which is better for the THS :wink:
