Joking aside..... went out on friday night, and came home to this....

Someone coont has thrown a beer bottle at my windscreen from a moving car it looks like from the road angle. Why are some people such dicks?  :undecided: :angry:

How much for a new screen roughly through excess?

Most insurance companies charge between £50 and £75 excess.

fook me mate, I really don't understand why people do this kind of thing! My MK4 got egged just over a week ago. It's burnt into my paint and chipped the bonnet because the shell was on there all day in the sun. I'd be furious if I went outside to find that one morning :cry:

But like already said, check your policy notes for what the windscreen coverage is on your insurance.

Iv seen a wheely bin stoved in to the front of a new tt not so long ago! sh!t load of forse would have suggested it was dragged along on its wheels by a car and let go!

There really are some self centred obnoxious cnuts in this country!!

If you dont fancy going through insurance I have a mate who is a glass fitter and he
charges £100 for golf screens, Thats supply and fit
