Anyone experienced a faulty valve??
bucking and surging at 3000rpm
no fault codes on vagcom, new sparks new coils new maf new foorge 007p new bosot sensor, new air intake temp sensor, new N75 valve still not cured,
i traced the vaccuum hose back to this valve (N249)
unplugged it and it runs alot smoother but still bucks / hesitates, could this be the culprit?
anyone experienced similar?

have you checked the injectors ?
-
the injectors seem fine, i believe that would cause a misfire and bring afault code if an injector was down, this is purrely a boost related issue
-
did the bypass, cars alot more responsive but still in 2nd gear it jerks / lags / fails to boost.. then let off the throttle it catapults back into chair and goes again? have replaced almsot every single thing related to boost, checkd hoses numerous times, replaced anything susicious, now out of money so selling it as spares / repairs

Were all the sensors you've replaced OEM or cheap ebay/ECP items?
Cheapo electronics can cause all sorts of weirdness, much like what you're describing
-
if your not getting the fueling, you wont be going anywhere above 3k

All genuine from tps. Cost me a fortune. Been advised it could be the turbo due to high mileage Doubt it's fuel as sometimes it's fine sometimes it's not
-
anyone got anymore suggestions?
-
Book it into R-Tech for a full health check to identify the problem instead of buying part after part hoping it'll fix it.

Cured it! Turbo was sticking. New k04 And manifold fitted now to map it up :)
-
what was sticking on the turbo mate?
-
I presume the shaft was sticking on the bearing. It is coked up and oil wasn't helping, seemed to have a tight spot
