Title: Strange Fuse

Hello all....
I have a MK3 GTI, it has a very lonely fuse all by itself in a fusebox thats bolted to the left hand strut top.
I dont think there is anything wrong im just wondering what this one is for, the fusebox could hold 2 fuses.
Does anybody know what this is for ?
