Title: Problem getting 1st and reverse gears 1.8T

As title says I'm having problems selecting 1st and reverse gear not all the time but it's getting more and more
So any ideas what could be causing this

could this be the clutch on the way out?

mine did this when the flywheel was on the way out.. mind you i made it last another year  :grin:
