Title: smoothing front no plate recess on mk3??

any reccomendation how??
anybody else had it done and how much will it cost??

i did mine on my mk2, see below, was pretty easy. can't be too much different on a mk3?

took not too long, just fillered it so it may not be a great job, painted it myself. the only thing i'd say, as with all aspects of bodywork, there are no short cuts and the more time you spend in prep will save you loads of time in the long run.

well rather reluctant to just filler it as it could crack cos bumpers flex. plan to now plastic weld a bit in the recess and then put fibre glass on that and a wee bit of filler to smooth it off.

did u spray the whole bumper again or just blend it in??

sprayed the whole lot, it needed doing again anyway, i was going to do it properly but its pretty shallow on a mk 2 so thought i'd give it a go. so far its looking good!
